HE ENTERED INTO GOVT SERVICE WITH INITIAL SALARY RS.1,000/-
Jayadev Jena (DOB-05.05.1969) entered into Govt. service under the rehabilitation scheme as an Asst. Teacher on 25.08.1987 under DI of Schools, Chhatrapur, Ganjam *with initial salary Rs.1,000/-* per month. He was promoted to the rank of Head Master on 01.03.2014 and posted at Kaniaribadi Project Upper Primary School, Chhatrapur.
He continued there and transferred on 13.11.2020 as Head Master to K.Barida Noddal Upper Primary School in Ganjam district. Again, on 03.03.2023, he was posted as Asst. Block Education Officer (ABEO), Beguniapada Block, Ganjam. On 30.11.2024, he was transferred and posted as ABEO, Dharmasal Block, Jajpur. He has been continuing as such to date.

During house searches so far, the following assets have been unearthed in the name of Sri Jena and his family members;
1. One triple storeyed palatial building *with area approx 4300 Sqft*. located at Patrapada, Bhubaneswar.
2. One double storeyed building *with area approx 3850 Sqft*. located at P. Nuagaon, Ganjam.
3. Another building *with area approx 7100 Sqft.* located at P.Nuagaon, Ganjam.
4. 19 valuable plots at Bhubaneswar, Khalikote and Kodala of Ganjam district.
The measurement and valuation/assessment of the above buildings/plots are being carried out by Vigilance Technical Wing.
5. Weighment of gold jewellery is being done.
6. Deposits and other investments in financial instruments are being ascertained.
7. 1 four wheeler (TATA Nexon) & 2 two wheelers.
